Let's begin with a little flashback:
January 15, 2009 - Allie's Birth Day.
We called her Sumo Baby for the first few days, she was chunk!!
January 15, 2010 - 1st Birthday
January 15, 2011 - 2nd Birthday

So this morning, our Birthday Girl was treated to a typical morning of Cheerios and cartoons....
We had to wait for Daddy to go take a test all morning....
But then the fun began! We headed to Jump 'N Bounce. Steve, Andrea and Drew, Ella, Ivy met us there too. I wish you could see my kids in action here...they don't stop! Roo is insane on these things, she climbs and runs and slides right along with the kids twice her age! She's an animal in there!! It's funny to me what a bold, brave, fearless little girl she is....very much unlike her mother!
Haha, Daddy got the lucky job of taking her through everything....poor guy got quite the workout!!
After we wore Steve, Nate, and the kids out (Andrea and I got to both use the 'pregnant card' and lounged on the sofas upstairs talking about baby names!!), we met with Nate's parents and sisters and grandma and ate dinner at Chili's. YUM! Chips and salsa for me....
Then we headed back to Nate's parents for presents and cake. I asked Roo a few day ago if she wanted a Birdie cake or a Snowman cake, and she said, "Shnow-ma!!!" As usual, it turned out sort of sloppy, but I just love making them anyway.
(I can't take ANY credit for this cake, I stole the idea from my sister, DeAnn.)
Our little princess got to wear her yearly Birthday Tiara to open her gifts.
Big Brother Cameron was SO happy for his little sis, and we let him blow out her candles for her.

Those look like some cute Carter jammies.....love their stuff!!! Sounds like she had an awesome day and hopefully she doesn't get the terrible twos. How fun it has been to watch her grow!! Can't wait till number 3 is here.....
