Busy

Wow, it's been a busy week!!  Between my three kids, someone always needs something, and it has been interesting learning how to juggle it all.  Plus, poor Cam was under the weather most of the week.  Me and the house have both fallen WAY to the bottom of the priority list, but that's ok, we'll get back on top of things eventually!!  Showers and clean forks are overrated, right? :)  It's been really good though, I love taking care of my babies.

Claire is doing really great!  She had her 2-week appointment yesterday and weighed a chunky 9 lb 2 oz!!  She definitely is a good eater, and I produce ice cream apparently.  She has been sleeping pretty well, and I am finally feeling a little more like myself again.  I actually enjoy feeding her during the night because it's just us, and I can snuggle her for as long as I want.  She has turned out to be such a sweet baby, and we just love her.  Nate adores her, and he has been so great about taking care of her in the evenings so I can go to bed early.  At her appointment, the nurse gave us our reminder card for her next checkup, and Nate looked at it and said, "Aww, Claire.  Look how pretty her name is."  It was so sweet.  I think he's pretty proud that he chose her name (although turns out he got the name from a video game character....even though I still swear he likes it from the Claire's on LOST and Heroes!).

Roo is awesome.  She is still nothing but a joy and a peacemaker in our home.  She is so content and happy all the time.  She is a blessing to this family, and honestly just gets cuter and funnier every day.  She is so snuggly and loving, and I could just squeeze and kiss her face all day.  I mean, look at her.  Oozing with girlie adorable-ness!!  And hearing her say Claire's name is the cutest thing ever.  "Mommy, that's Cwaire.  I wanna hold baby Cwaire."

PS.  Megan and Preston are getting married tomorrow!!
