Random Things

-My foot seems to be better.  I'm going to try and run on it tomorrow morning.  Fingers crossed I can get through my race.

-Nate got contacts.  For the first time.  He'll mostly use them for running, basketball, the Dirty Dash (Yeah!) and things like that.  I still LOVE how he looks in glasses, so I hope he'll not switch over completely!

-Nate got accepted to an Internship in Cedar City (down in southern Utah) this summer.  He'll be living down there for 6 weeks.  We are SO excited, it is a wonderful opportunity, and it also means he won't have to worry about doing an internship next January, so we can focus on job hunting instead.  BUT...6 weeks!!  My week-long trip to Ohio isn't making me feel guilty anymore!  I'm hoping to spent some of that time in Glenwood, and he can come visit us there on the weekends.  I can do this!!!

-We finished watching Season One of The Middle.  Oh my hilarious.  We loved it.  (loved it).

-Claire's new favorite thing to do is go down the slide face first on her belly.  She's nuts.  It's so hilarious.  Spring is here!  We've had some nice weather, so it's back to the playground we go!  I can't believe this will be our last full summer here.  The tulips are blooming.  THE TULIPS ARE BLOOMING!!!!!

-I just finished reading "Saving Ceecee Honeycutt".  It was excellent.

-Sometimes I feel like all I do is wash sheets.  Nothing beats climbing into clean, freshly-laundered sheets at night.  I make sure this happens often.  For all 5 of us.

-Ooh, Nate is home!  I love it when he shows up unannounced during the day.  Makes me happy.
