We were going to run Pipeline Trail up Millcreek Canyon, but we got halfway up and were driving on snowpack, so we decided to turn back and head over to Bonneville, where the snow hadn't reached yet. That was smart of us, I was NOT dressed for snow! We parked by Red Butte and headed more behind campus. I don't run over there very often, and I always forget how much I LOVE IT! It was so beautiful.
We ended up running up Dry Creek canyon for about a mile, also. It was TOUGH. So much uphill! But we all felt pretty good and didn't have to walk nearly as much as I thought. Progress!
Ashley and I decided to go ahead and run all the way home instead of getting in the car back at Red Butte. Good 6-miler today! I love it!
Several fun running events are coming up in November. I can't wait!
