If you're wondering where my report on "Ogden 26.2: Week Seven" is, I didn't write one. Why? Because I ran a big fat total of ZERO miles last week. Sick, sick, sick! I've had this awful, lingering cough that keeps me up at night and kills my chest. I would have a coughing attack if I breathed deeply at all, so I figured it was best to not aggravate that by running.
I've missed out on over 30 miles of running in the past 10 days. Pretty discouraging. But probably more worse for my mental state than physically. Hoping to be back on track for Week Eight!
Anyway.
We have been getting NO snow and TONS of rain! My kind of Winter! I love it.
I had Parent Teacher Conferences for Cameron last week. It went so much better than last time! He is improving, and his teacher had some great things to say about him. I'm so glad.
So life has been a mix of exciting and nerve-wracking lately. Nate has applied to several jobs and has had some interviews. We know things will work out, but it's SO hard to keep being patient and waiting and waiting and waiting....after SO much time! We have also found a house (and a dog) that we LOVE and WANT, so we have been fasting and praying for things to fall into place for us. I have learned that the Lord's plan is always better than our plan, but we reeeeealllyyy want this house...
I only take pictures of Clarence anymore. Oops... But I can't help it. She kills me.
Auggie turns one!
