My sister Michelle lives in New Orleans. Sadly we haven't had the chance to go visit her yet since they've lived there. But it sounds like such a fun adventure! I really want to send Nate out there for a week to play with Sam & Rob. Obviously I'd like to go too, but buying 3 plane tickets is tough on a student's budget!
Anyway, my kids got a little surprise in the mail today from New Orleans. Thank you Aunt Michelle...for the fun loot....and most of all for providing great entertainment for my kids on a snowy afternoon!!
Happy Mardi Gras!!!

looks like fun!
Growing up in GA, Mari Gras was a HUGE deal. Everyone went down for the party. We had a Mari Gras party here at the house which included jumbalia, gumbo, corn bread, red beans and rice. Needless to say, I felt at home! haha
It looks like they had a lot of fun! I love that first picture of both of them sitting next to each other...so precious!
p.s. I'll try to listen to some of JM's other songs to see if I like them :)
I think the first song I heard was "No Such Thing" and I just hated the part where he sings "I wanna scream at the top of my lungs". It really annoyed me...so yeah, that's the whole reason why I don't like JM...haha, pretty silly. Maybe I'll give him another chance :)
