Today I baked bread. Nothing smells better than freshly baked bread....mixed with Citrus Sun Tea scentsy! It smells like Fall in here. The kids are wearing pants and socks, the AC is turned off, we are talking about school and Halloween, and Nate looks so sharp dressing up for teaching each morning. I keep telling him how excited I am for him to walk in the door every afternoon looking like that when he's a teacher. I'm the luckiest girl ever!!
We had Cameron's preschool orientation yesterday. His teachers are so great, and they had the classrooms set up so adorable....a science station, a math station, a reading nook, a kitchen, a tool area, art stations, and a little theater with dress-up. They also feed the kids lunch, have them brush their teeth, and they get outdoor playtime each day too. Kristi & I are ecstatic about it all. Our boys are going to eat it up there!! We had to drag Cam away at the end and promise him he'd get to go back in a few days. This is definitely a change that both Cam & I are very ready for.
Roo has been learning lots lately too. Here's her demo:
"Where's your nose?"
"Where's your ears?"
"Where's your mouth?"
"Where's your tummy?"
"Where's your cheeks?"
"Where's your eyes?"
"Where's your pretty hair?"
"Good job, Roo!! Smile for the grand finale!"

So...just wait until you move to Tennessee. You like fall here? This is NOTHING compared to a fall you will see in the south. Fall is my favorite season. I just remember coming home from school with wooly socks and a sweater on my feet, smelling a house full of apple cider that had been cooking all day long. Oh, I love fall!
Can't wait, Mycah!!! The locals out there even mentioned how beautiful Fall is there.
