So most of you know I quit Facebook last week. I kept ignoring the subtle prompting to do so, but I did it, and it's been a productive past several days without it in my life, to be honest!! Facebook is a wonderful way to share what's important, stay in touch with people, read the ins and outs of daily life, but for me, I will just continue to do that on my blog. So please keep reading and stay in touch (and I'll definitely be reading yours)!!
So I started a step aerobics class each week with my dear friend, Wendi. It's SO much fun (and it's free, so come join us if you're nearby!). I kept cracking myself up last week though because I'm so NOT coordinated! I had a hard time getting my arms and legs to work at the same time!! You'd think doing ballet for so long would have made me coordinated, but trust me, ballet is a lot slower than aerobics. I tried Jazz dance in college (remember that, Ermie?), and it was a complete joke! Anyway, we had an awesome workout last week, and I can't wait to go back!
Yesterday it was cold and rainy....we've been so spoiled with September days in the 90's! Last night I bundled up my freshly-bathed Roo in her new fleece sleeper for the night. SO cozy! I love it!
Cameron is obsessed with Spiderman lately. He puts his red basketball shorts on his head and runs around shooting webs out of his wrists.
I'm feeling good. Over the past several days, I have felt the Lord speak to my heart and say, "Calm down, don't worry. I know your family. I know the righteous desires of your heart. Your family and future are in my hands. You know happiness is promised to those who keep my commandments. Trust that. Have faith in that. Keep doing the things you know are right, and happiness will be poured out over your family." What a blessing.

Pajama Jazz!!! I saw a calculus book (is that how you spell calculus? It looks weird.) Then I told Josh that we closed that guy's book twice. It made me laugh. It didn't make him laugh...(sad)
HAHA, I totally forgot about that. It was sort of a repeat of the hairclip scene. Did you do that one twice or three times? Oh I'm laughing. I miss you.
I totally agree. Keep your strength and continue doing what you do so well.....taking care of your family.
What a great challenge to quit facebook! I've been needing to do that and focus more on my studies and homework here in college! You've inspired me, and maybe I'll take on that challenge today :) Thanks for your posts, and your amazing faith!
The nice thing about aerobics is that it tends to be a routine that after a few tries you start to figure out. Keep it up. Not that you need it! But exercising can be good for the soul.

I think it was twice. Yes, twice. Followed by lots of laughter and one really annoyed dude. Ah, bowling. Ah, Vern.
I took a step aerobics class in high school and LOVED it!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your blog!!
Isn't it awesome when you really feel the peace and assurance of God? I've had heaps of that from God in the past couple of weeks as well and it has been AMAZING!!
I think you have a little model in the making. She is "smeyezing" as Tyra Banks would say!!
Becca, that's so crazy that you quit facebook because I've actually distanced myself from it too. I don't know if it was intentionally, but maybe I had a little seed planted in my head when I went over Dallin H. Oaks "Good, Better, Best" talk and started thinking about where I spend my time. Granted I do pop on everyday, but I don't know what I did all those hours pouring through facebook.
I love your blogs. Totally love reading them. They are truly motivating to me.
