Earlier this week, we went to the library. She sat next to me while we looked at books, then we came home and played on the swings. I could never get her hyper brother to sit still with me at a library! My alone-time activities with Cameron usually involve some sort of sport or crazy game of tag or Tickle Monster!! So I soak up every sweet, calm hour with Roo, because they are rare and precious to me! When her tornado of a brother flies in the door after school, the madness begins again, and the two of them spend the rest of the evening chasing each other or busy with some elaborate imagination game that Cameron concocts!
I love being their mother. I feel so lucky every day to get to experience how hilarious and creative and smart they are.
Ready to go to the library!

cute! It's so fun getting to spend time with the kids seperately.
I LOVE one-on-one time with any of my kids. I'm really enjoying this year with Isaac while Karen is at AM Kindergarten.
