My silver/purple Asics were pretty beat into the ground, and I was starting to get some knee pain from not having adequate cushion anymore. Like Sue Heck being attached to her curlers, there is a small part of me that is kind of sad...these shoes have been through a lot of milestones with me! Sniff, sniff...although I'll be giving them a proper farewell at the Dirty Dash next month. It'll be our last, final, muddy hurrah together. ;)
So I went and got these beauties today. I'm pretty excited!! They are bright orange/turquoise/black. It was the only color option I had in the Asics GT2000, which is MY shoe. I don't really even try anything else on anymore. But I love the colors. Super snazzy. Too bad they won't make me run faster.
Can't wait to get out the door tomorrow morning!
And a huge thanks to Claire for being our model. I was just going to snap some pics in the morning, but she put them on, so I'll her show them to you. She's cuter than I am any day!!
